Cant upgrade tv package online or tv

Hi all

Trying to upgrade to vip through my tv but keeps saying we are having trouble upgrading to your box , also tried in my bt and all it offers is add ons .

Any help from admin would be great

The forum team are here to help when you've tried the contact centres and still not getting anywhere, give the Loyalty team a call on 0800 800150, they'll do the order over the phone for you, they might also know what's preventing you from regrading online.
