NOW

I have a subscription to NOW and have been watching it recently.

Today I went in to watch and the NOW Icon is there but as soon as I hit it, it reverts to a terrestrial channel.

Also can I use my BT subscription and use it as an APP on the TV like I can Netflix?

I find I get same once in a while. I just switch of the box at the power. Then wait a few seconds, Then turn the power back on to the box and then the box and let it reboot, that normally solves the problem

Hi @West

your now membership whether billed by BT as part of your TV package or subscribed to direct with Now will give you entitlement to use that membership on Now apps on a whole range of devices subject to the normal NOW simultaneous device limits. So yes you can use the Now app on your TV.
