Just Got Pro TV Box But No Extra Freeview Channels In HD

Hi, just taken delivery of the new Pro Box, following reading that i can get Freeview through the internet, including channels not already in HD, like ITV2/3/4. Using the aerial I just get regular Freeview as expected. Using internet only, I only get 13 channels, including no Freeview channels.

Internet connection is fine, all apps show as available.

Anyone got any advice, please?

You might need to do a factory reset on the box to force the software update through as it's on a phased release at the moment.

When you do the reset, unplug the aerial and you should get an option during set-up to use IP or internet based terrestrial TV channels. Select this option and the set-up will continue and when it's complete, you'll have the channels if it's worked.

Morning, tried your suggestion (which is what I did at first switch on) and I got 130 plus channels, so thanks for getting me to retry. I get two ITV regions, my first choice on 3 and the other region on 802, and all the relevent HD channels are present. Looks a great system.
