I have seen posts saying that the BT sport pro box can't be used on another internet providers connection as the stream is delivered by multicast. Can I confirm if using a BT connection but a non bt router is fine ? My company provide my router so it can connect to the office and gain access to the network there so they swapped out the BT router. Everything else is fine but the BT sport pro box won't connect
