BT SPORT ON LAPTOP

Watching BT Sport on laptop tonight. The Manchester United game has really tested my patience. Stopping, buffering made it unwatchable. Watched a game the other night and the quality was pretty good. At that stage thought it was going to get better but it's got worse. BT Is this really the best you can do?

As I've mentioned in the other thread you've posted on - your PC is unable to keep up with the top quality streams used on BT Sport 1, 2, and 3.
We're working on an update that will recognise when the hardware can't keep up, and reduce the video quality until it can. We hope to make it available in the next few days.

Yes Darren I understand that but why is some of the content almost spot on yet others are buffering and stopping. I have watched 4 recent games and of these 2 were very watchable but the other 2 were awful.

Watching the Man city game on 4HD and an amount of buffering.

Celtic game is 3 HD and buffering. Not worth watching.

Is it buffering, or picture freezing?
If you're seeing the spinner on screen then that's a different issue to the one we're working on.
If it's the picture freezing then we have the final fix version now in test. We'll release it as soon as we can.
In the meantime, you're going to keep seeing frozen picture on channels 1-4. Channels 5 to 10 should work fine.

Hi Darren, Just watched most of Leicester v palace on bt sport 1. No problem at all. Does this mean issue of buffering/spinning is solved?
