Accessing Previous BT Purchases

So I used to have BT TV a good few years ago and made a few movie purchases before the contract ended and I cancelled. I never downloaded the purchases as the app never worked correctly and I just gave up 🙈

I’ve just signed back up again with the £6 entertainment offer and wondering if there’s a way to access my previous purchases through the new bt tv box?

Did you create a new BT account when taking up the recent offer or did you use an existing one ?

Existing, I accepted the offer through my Broadband account, same one I’ve had since I first started with BT 👌

Your previous purchases should still be available. If they're not, send me a DM with your BT ID and account number and I'll check it out.
