    <description>&lt;P&gt;First identified all BT Sport and Sky Sports HD channels unavailable on Fri 4 Nov. Reported this over the phone that day, technician run through the software update but no change. Advised a further investigation was required within 72 hours, no change.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The screen on each channel shows the following message:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"xxxx" HD is unavailable. Please check if you can access this channel. IPC6017&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;NOW Entertainment monthly subscription charged to my account incorrectly. Email notification received but not the registered email address on my account. Spoke with BT on Fri 4 Nov on the phone, adviser said charges would be removed and subscription taken off account. Received bill today and charge is still on bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your posts and welcome back!&amp;nbsp; I have merged both your posts on to the one thread as they're both related to the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;
