problems with now tv and hd

i'm currently paying for hd add on for NOW tv, but i'm only allowed to watch in std definition online via my pc and account is showing as HD but cancelled but able to watch till dec? i have logged a complaint with tech dept. any mod. available to assist me with this?.i would much appreciate some help, as paying for a service i cannot receive. hd is available via my tv box.

Basically, Now don't have hd content via pc

checked the link and states Now do have hd content for pc as long as you pay for the boost which i am. any mod about that can help with this?

No they don't, the right hand column is specifically relating to hd content

my apologies, i will just have to purchase the now stick and use a workaround. you would think as every other streaming platform adopts hd streaming for pc now would be able to do this too!
