Now TV channels showing on EPG but not accessible.

Hi. I have the Now TV not accessible from the EPG problem. I've checked the software is up to date and have looked at doing a reset but I don't seem to have an option to reset and keep my recordings? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

@macj180 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see the Now channels are not accessible from the EPG.

To get the option to keep your recordings you need to do the reset using the buttons on the box and not from the settings option using the remote. For the steps to reset the BT TV box check out this link.
