Has anyone got any ideas I have an ipc6023 message on Ch4Hd and Ch5 Hd(maybe more) and have reset both bsmart hub 2 and Bttvpro box to no avail ...had this since just b4 Christmas .We stream all channels as no ariel

Thanks for posting, sorry you're having problems. Are you connected via any extenders or adaptors? have you followed all the self help at Fix your BT TV, BT Sport or BT App Error Codes | BT Help
