The new device has been in since Thursday.&nbsp;</P><P>Two error codes appear on the screen when trying to use BT TV channels and apps. BTP-15000 and BTP-15990.&nbsp;</P><P>I've rebooted the box multiple times, rang the number it gives and nothing seems to help.
