&lt;P&gt;How was&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.bt.com/t5/TV-Content-including-BT-Sport/Re-NOW-TV-Activate-Account-email-unrecognised/td-p/2280571/page/2" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this issue&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; sorted? I've been having this problem since getting BT TV installed on 23rd March and despite many, many calls and promises that it's been fixed it is still not working. I was supposed to have yet another call back from someone today at 8.30am, they have not called and it is still not working. I don't understand why my email address is causing such a problem with you, I even had to use an alternative to join this community!!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The whole thing is not really giving me, as a new customer, much faith that I've signed up to the correct service for me.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ANY help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;
