      <title>Unable to change Registered devices on BT TV app</title>

      <description>&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Okay I’ll try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to change my registered devices on BT TV app so I can watch my purchases.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I access it via the app the 2 device slots are just padlocked and no indication of time frame.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I access the web player app the top 1 updates every time and says 1 day and shows the time I look at it. This shown time changes to the time I look again each time I look ?! For example if I look at 2:15pm today it will say you can change tomorrow at 2:15pm … then if I look again at 3:25pm it will say tomorrow at 3:25pm 🤷🏻‍&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the 2nd device just shows padlock like the BT TV app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;can someone reset my account or something so I can watch my purchases please.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/211700"&gt;@JohnC2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/128692"&gt;@NeilO&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ya know I’m kinda impressed tbh.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Raised the problem here and you 2 got on the case….&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today got a call from BT OpenReach to ask me to check if it’s working as they had reset the device registrations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All working spot on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I always enjoyed being a BT customer and still wish they could have been more competitive price wise as it’s this type of customer service attention that I miss.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, thanks again to all involved &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
