Netflix on existing Entertainment package

Hello

We have the basic Entertainment package, currently paying 14.99/month

Do i get Netflix Basic for free? If so, how did activate it please?

I’ve tried MyTV, however it just seems to prompt me into signing up for a new package.

Can anyone help please?

Have you recently take out the Entertainment package?
Check the email acknowledgement of your order will let you know what's included for you.

Hi - no, we’ve had it a while and it’s up for renewal in July.

I just noticed today that Netflix basic is included in the entertainment package.

I believe that new BT TV Entertainment packages from i think c 12th November 2021 include Netflix Basic.

Thanks - I do not recall seeing an activation email, how can I generate one?

Apologies, just re-read. We were already on Bt at that time, so assuming it didn’t apply to existing customers?

Hi @Cornershop, yes it wouldn't be applied to customers on the package before the Netflix offer was launched.
