Now Sport Add on not showing in options

Hi,

I want to add the Monthly Now Sport Add on to my Entertainment pack but it is not being offered as an option. Called the helpline last Friday but they have been unable to solve.

I was able to add a One Day pass via the Now TV website on Sunday which has been billed through my BT account, the Monthly pass is showing on the Now TV website so do we now just use their website to add the package instead of My BT?

For making changes to your package, it should all be done through us.

Thanks for that Daniel, that is how I used to do it but now when I go to add anything it just offers me four options to choose from, none of which I want and will not let me proceed because I haven’t chosen one of the add ons I am being offered..
