I've been trying to cancel by BT TV for ages I've tried talking to the virtual assistant but no luck there and I've constantly been trying to call but had no luck getting through. Overall I'd rather just cancel my entire package as it's charging me double with what I started paying.

From the BT Help Pages:

"Can I change or cancel my package over the phone?
Yes, please have your account number ready (it’s on your bill).

You can call us:
Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm
Saturday 8am to 8pm
Sunday 9am to 6pm

I want to cancel one or more of my services:

From a landline: 0800 783 1401
From outside the UK: +44 150 174 7714"

@lisashelton if you have Twitter I would send BT a Direct Message about it. They are usually quite fast getting back to you.

Would also be best to avoid busy times of the day. Lunch times and after 5pm, I would assume.
