I also have this issue and wonder if it's related to having an account already with NOW TV but not an active subscription.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. If you had an old NOW TV account using the same email address, it would be causing the issue. If you send me the details, I'll be able to give you a hand getting this corrected.
