I have just signed up to a decent deal for BT TV as my sky tv contract was coming up for renewal and flying up in price.

We are in a new build house and have no aerial so we will be using the Pro Box in internet mode. I know that TNT sports and Sky sports are delivered via the internet on BT TV anyway and just wondered if there was a time delay/lag when watching these on BT TV. I know sky go for example is 30/40 seconds behind sky Q.

They're broadcast via multicast so there should be no more delay than there is on Sky/Virgin Media.

As I recall from trying to sync TMS commentary from BBC Sounds on my tablet and / or from my DAB radio, BT/TNT Sport coverage is about 20 odd seconds behind live.
