Parental Control PIN

Is it possible to turn off Parental Control PIN requirement? The guide says to go to"Manage Extras" which does not exist. I've only had BT TV for a week and find it a lot worse than Sky.

Hi @mjdwight74 I am assuming that you have the BT TV box Pro.

On the Home page you access the Settings menu by navigating to the Cog symbol on the top right , When in Settings navigate down to PARENTAL CONTROLS where there are Restrict Rated Programmes and Change Parental PIN options.

However several channels use Mandatory PIN Protection which means even if you have opted for no restrictions you will be required to enter your PIN .

Note: I can see you also left a negative review for the BT TV app on Android, which doesn't actually enforce any parental control PIN.
