Now subscription gone

Hi.

For some reason my now subscription has completely gone when I have the vip package. I've gone onto my now account where I'm required 9.99 for entertainment and cinema or 34.99 for sports. Anybody else have these issues or had them before?

A quick look at your account suggests something isn't right - you're correct that it shows you on the VIP package, but your Now TV account is missing all subscriptions. I've asked someone to take a look.

It's not just you - Sky notified us of an issue last night with some Now TV accounts losing their subscription due to an issue on their side. It's being investigated as a top priority.

I am having the same problem. I opened an account with BT for TV and broadband and it says I can activate my now tv account and when I do it says I have to pay even though I took out the VIP package please help.
