NOW TV activation link not working

I have ordered BT TV tonight and it says that I should have immediate access to Now TV.

On the track my order section, there is an "activate" button. The link this button has is: https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/nowtv

After changing my password three times, I realise it's not me, but the link that isn't correct! I assume this link should be to an activation page. No matter how many times I've searched I've not been able to find it.

Does anyone know how to resolve?

Are you able to log on to the NowTV app using the password you created after following the link you posted

Yes, as I’ve had a now subscription in the past it lets me log in, but then just asks me to pay.

It sounds like BT have not set your NowTV account up. You should bite the bullet and call them

The system shows you're all linked up and have devices working now @Gerbrann - let us know if this isn't the case.

Yes, although it said NOW should work immediately, it seemed to go through a process and wasn't active until the following day.
