Do I really have Discovery and Discovery+ Basic?

I just logged in to my account for the first time in a while and noticed that alongside my Netflix and NowTV icons, I am also eligible for Discovery and Discovery+ Basic. I can’t see anywhere to activate my Discovery/Discovery+ Basic account, so can’t log in to the app on my TV to see what’s available.

The only help threads I can find relate to TNT Sports, and this isn’t that.

Can anyone help?

Hi @KathKelson Weclome to the community and thanks for posting. Login to MyBT click on your products then Choose TV and Sport, under the Your monthly TV extras you should see Discovery+, click on activate.

There’s nothing that says activate anywhere. That’s why I posted. The top part says it’s included, but it doesn’t show on the bottom section.

@KathKelson I can see that your account doesn't currently have discovery+ applied to it, which is why you're not able to activate it. I've asked a colleague to investigate whether your subscription should include it, and if so, get it added. I'll update when I know more.
