Unlink my NOW TV account

Hi, I have changed to a Sports Membership on BT/EE (previously Full Works) but my NOW account still seems to be linked, preventing me from signing up to their offers directly.

How do I unlink my NOW TV account please?

@BenJones90 This should not prevent you from signing up for offers directly with NOW. You can create a new NOW account with a different email address ( if you do not already have one). It’s still possible to sign out of the NOW app on your BT box and login with a different NOW account. However, until your BT/EE account is unlinked every time you go back into the NOW app it will automatically login with your BT/EE account again which is frustrating. You will need assistance from someone at BT/EE to have your BT/EE account unlinked though.

I'm guessing you've already managed to get this sorted @BenJones90 ? You don't have a Now TV account linked to EE TV anymore.

Send me an email at tv.apps@ee.co.uk with your account number and I can detach the Now TV account from it tomorrow.
