      <description>Could you please launch the EE TV app on the TV Box and try to watch a trailer for anything. If it fails, what error does it show?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We can watch trailers on the EE tv app with no errors&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;gone back to tnt channel and we are getting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;problem with your broadband which is affecting tnt sports etc and IPC6023&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was already in the mode, moved some cables about and reset the hub via the hub manager we can watch live on those &amp;nbsp;channels &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞&lt;/span&gt; just done some test recording to see if thats fixed it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
