Accessing Sky Sports Channels (on main channel list not through the app)

Hi everyone

I was wondering whether anyone could help me please:

Been with BT for a while but just got new Big Sport package because BT woman on phone said that I could record, pause, rewind etc games on NowTV (unlike on the NowTV app).

New package in place but I can't access NowTV from the channel list, let alone record it. The only way to do so is via the app on my TV as was the case before I paid extra for Big Sport. Strangely I can now pause or rewind when watching on the Now app on my phone!

I am not the most technical so good chance I am just making a schoolboy error. I have done a factory reset but to no effect (apart from having to log into everything again!). Was the woman giving me false info or am I just missing something obvious here?

We don't want you to have any trouble with using Now TV, so I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they can check exactly what is included in your plan, and advise of how to get the most out of this.

Hi @Gco

I have checked your account details and it looks like whilst the Now account was set up, one of the required flags was not present - I've manually corrected that for you now, so please have another go at accessing one of the Sky Sports channels and let me know how you get on.

Great to hear and just in for Christmas! Sorry it wasn't RFT, we're digging into how that happened to avoid anyone else's present not being under the tree.
