Unable to watch Eurosport

I am unable to watch Eurosport 1 and 2 on my Tv despite paying for them through my BT package. When I go to the channels on the TV guide, I get the message I need to add them to my package.

Your access to Eurosport may be via the Discovery + app

Are you trying the HD channels by any chance? Do you have the HD add-on? You may only have access to the SD channels with your subscription through the EPG. In which case just use the Discovery+ app as that is streamed in HD regardless.

Is this on channel 412 (Eurosport 1) on your EE TV box ?

If on your EETV box you attempt to watch channel 411 (TNT Sports 4) does that channel work.

Do you know the name of the EE TV pack you have is it Sport , Big Sport, Entertainment . Big Entertainment or Full Works ?

I would check if you can watch TNT Sports 408 - 411 if these are working then Eurosport 1 and 2 (412 & 413) should also work.

If the channels are not working and you have them in your package: Sport / Big Sport and Full Works all include Eurosport then I would suggest the following:

Update the software of the box (Settings which is in the top right corner after you press the home button) and go down to the bottom and update the settings.

Update the data on the box, EE Player from the main home screen then go to those settings and update Player Data.

Failing this a factory reset may be needed to pull them through but I would call BT first to make sure everything is OK on their systems
