&lt;P&gt;When you got your confirmation email from us, did this list the right email address for NOW and then give a link to choose your password?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you've set this up your subscription should activate, so if things aren't working it sounds like this may not be logged correctly on your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Now tv not activating</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've signed up today and am struggling to connect my nowtv both emails are the same but it's constantly saying I have no membership I've changed password more than 5 times and still nothing at all ..haven't had my broadband installed yet either that's the 29th but it said I could use it straight away the ee tv app I can watch and discovery plus but not now tv ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
