Hello!

I've received an email to say thankyou for activating my free Netflix but can't find Netflix on my TV?

Have you activated this ? , if you now have Netflix access , you should know it’s is a streaming service so you need the appropriate application (app) , you need a device like a Firestick or tablet or a smart TV with the Netflix application loaded , you then enter your log in credentials to watch Netflix content….its not a broadcast TV channel like BBC1 or Channel 4.

Depending on the age /manufacturer your TV may or may not have a Netflix application preloaded or even be capable of downloading the Netflix application, if it’s not a ‘connected TV ‘ so has internet access then it’s not going to be able to access Netflix or any other streaming service on it , it that case you would need a separate device like a Firestick connected to your TV to make it possible to be ‘connected’ to the internet, other streaming devices are also available .

@Rob1233 Press the home button on your EE TV remote - you'll see a menu appear. Netflix is one of the apps listed on that screen. It comes pre-installed on all EE TV Boxes.
