Looks like your tv doesn’t support hdr issue

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help with an issue I am having with My BT pro box,

I have always been able to display HDR no problem up until recently through channel 465,
now when I go to watch something in HDR a message pops up saying your TV does not support it even though it does,

i used to get a prompt when watching something on BT sport ultimate saying your TV supports HDR and press the green button to change to watch it, now I get no notification and the BT box says my TV does not support HDR when I go to 465 even though my TV picks up a HDR signal and gives me options to Change hdr settings etc,

I have attached a pic showing the message and the tv picking up a hdr signal.

many thanks for any ideas as I have not changed any settings.
