Login details for Now TV on BT Big Sport package

I subscribed to the Big Sport package a couple of days ago but my existing Now TV account is not linked to BT. I phoned BT 3 times and they don't understand what I mean by "linked". Basically, when I log into my existing Now TV account, I am asked to pay for my membership renewal. There is nothing suggesting that I am a member through BT. I can't watch Now TV Sports on my TV, laptop or mobile. Any ideas how I can link the account? I also contacted Now and they told me to sort it out with BT... Thanks!

When you subscribed you would of been sent confirmation by email, there's a link in the email to set up and linking your NowTV account

Thanks but the link is only taking me to a page to change my password. Is that what you mean?
