Changing between packages

Hi if we sign up to for example one of the Entertainment packages, how easy is it to change to for example one of the sports packages ? How do you do the change, how much notice do you need to give and how long until you can make another change ? Thanks

All changes are made using MyBT. We’ve just signed up to BTTV for the first time by taking the £6 Entertainment offer that was on recently. It’s very easy to change. You can only have one of the TV packages on your account at a time, but you can have many different add ons too. You can change your package once a month, but you can upgrade or go for an add on before your month is up. We have Entertainment(Netflix basic + Now Entertainment) for £6 and we have add ons for Netflix Standard(£4) and BT Sport(£15) and HD/UHD(£5). It’s all very flexible and we can remove all of the add ons if we choose to and just go back to the £6 Entertainment package to keep within our 24 month contract.
