    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi David,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sat on the phone with someone from the faults team and ran through everything:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- resetting connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Factory reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Turning off at the wall&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Turning hub off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Hub reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not using any adaptors, freeview is working fine through the aerial. I am connected to the internet via WiFi (set up using wps on the hub).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting BTP-15000 when trying to access my subscription channels (sport), and it says I am not a BT TV customer. When I try to access the BT player app, I get BTP-15990 which also says I need a BT TV account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tristan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The error message tells me that I do not have BT TV, but advisors on the phone can see I have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help! Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting about your error code issue. Can you just confirm what you've tried at your side i.e. resetting the box / hub etc? Are you using adaptors etc?&lt;/P&gt;
