    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ah OK - so you need to create a NEW account.&amp;nbsp; As a BT ID already exists with the email address you're trying to use, it's failing (with a very unhelpful message).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The simplest way to proceed would be to use a different email address or create a new one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;When I try and order a BT Sport Monthly Pass&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;online&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; all of today&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I get...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;"Sorry, the service is unavailable We're aware and fixing it now, so the service should be available soon."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;BT say I can't order it over the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Is there a work around or is it a case of sit and wait till BT fix what ever internal problem they have with the ordering system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Thanks Phil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
