Charged for BT Sport even after cancelling it

I've just received another bill for BT Sport (mobile app subscription), I cancelled via the online web form many weeks/months ago. I originally purchased it for the Champions League final but cancelled immediately afterwards. I have been billed 2 or 3 times since. Please can you provide a refund and ensure that it doesn't happen again? I have tried the helpline, but I didn't get anywhere.

What do you mean when you say you didn't get anywhere? Your best option would be to call the helpdesk and speak to an advisor.
