My BT sports channels have disappeared....

Have tried retuning and a factory reset, and still nothing. Have been on the BT chat and couldn't get this resolved. Have all my other channels, including sky sports. Says I need to set up BT Sport 1 HD or add it, but I've had this for several years. Help!
