Blank screen on bt ultimate channels using bt pro box

I have stopped using channel 465, the hdr ultimate channel, to watch football as every so often the screen goes blank for a minute or so. I thought it could be my atmos soundbar so I changed the hdmi lead to go straight to the television instead of the soundbar. And I still get a blank screen every so often.

It happened today watching spurs vs wolves. I changed to the sdr ultimate channel but I still got a blank screen after watching for about 15 minutes. So now watching on bt sport 1 hd channel.
is anyone else experiencing this with the bt pro box.

Happen twice during today's match. The most recent at start of injury time. Black screen.

Edit: watching on 465.

The Pro box is suffering from repeated restarts when watching events on 465 still no ETA on a fix (see this thread) sometimes people have been able to change channels sometimes you have to wait until it reboots...
