    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I registered for BT sport monthly pass this afternoon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Th4 £25 was taken from my account but I haven't received an email confirmation and when I log into myBT I can’t see the monthly pass anywhere, and the app says there isn't a Sports pass associated with the account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could anyone advise?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
