HD Quality - BT Sport App

I'm watching the Merseyside Derby and can't help but see the HD quality of the pictures is nothing short of a shambles! It's full of macroblocks and compression artifacts.

Quality used to be sublime; now is dire. What gives?

(Currently using Chromecast Ultra)

Assume the quality in the app is still ok? It's just Chromecast that's changed? It's a totally different thing.

We've updated to use the latest Chromecast player, which is causing issues for some users. It also appears to be a little more conservative with its bandwidth calculations, causing a lower quality to be selected.

Are you seeing any buffering?

No buffering, just really poor PQ.
