BT Sport Monthly pass - duration

Hi everyone,

I have today started a BT Sport Monthly Pass, but instead of renewing in one month (6 October), it says it will renew on 24 September. I believe it's acting as if I'm renewing and old Pass (last I had was in December 2021), but it's effectively short-changing me, because I'm getting 18 days rather than a month. How can this be corrected? I paid for a whole month and I would like my pass to start from today and renew in a month from now.

Well, it seems I jumped the gun here. I just checked it again and it says it will renew on 6 October. I tried to remove the topic but apparently I can't. Sorry
