Watching BT Sports live on iPad

I’m unable to watch live BT sport on my iPad. It was working perfectly until recently.
There was an update for BT sports iPad app and since I’m unable to watch it.

A box says “ Sorry there is a problem with a code VC 547. I even deleted the app and reinstalled but the same thing.
It cannot be my internet as other devices are fine. I’ve also tried a different Wi-Fi as I have EE mobile — still it won’t work. Very frustrating as it was perfect until this update. This is a problem with the software I suspect. I hope BT WILL SOLVE THIS SOON.

I had no issues with my old iPad last night using BT Sport app.

Hi @Jimbo_67 What is the IOS level of your iPad. For example mine is software version 15.6.1.

My current software is 15.4.1
