It may have been cancelled early enough to prevent the order completing.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Cancel BT Sport monthly pass</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have bt sport monthly pass, but when i go to cancel i log in to my bt with the same id for bt sport. Go to my Products and it just says add an Account i can’t see anywhere monthly pass to cancel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what I’m i doing wrong (if anything&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone help with this???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry you're unable to cancel the Monthly Pass online. Do you have more than 1 account on your BTID?&lt;BR /&gt;Is the Monthly pass recently set up or have you used it in previous months and it has worked ok?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep I only have one BtID and I’ve had it for about 3 weeks, first time having the monthly pass and wanted to see how easy I can cancel it. So it’s looking a little bit of a con&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you able to watch BT Sport ok?&lt;BR /&gt;It should be easy to cancel the renewal of the Monthly Pass. It sounds like something has gone wrong so I've sent you a Private Message and we'll help you with this.&lt;/P&gt;
