Channel 433 - BT Sport Ultimate

I’ve got BT Sport and the HD package with BT. Watching the football tonight I saw reference to the City match being on BT Sport Ultimate on channel 433. However I don’t have this channel in my box. Do I need to subscribe to something else in order to get this channel?

You need a BT TV Ultra 4K box and a broadband connection speed of more than 44mbps

We definitely have the connection speed. On

the box, do BT not provide the ultra 4K box as standard these days? I thought that is the box we got when we renewed our contract.
