    <description>&lt;P&gt;On the Android TV app, error codes VC011D and VC019 mean the same thing - a very unhelpful generic error meaning the player failed to start.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm on holiday this week so can't check straight away, but if you send me a DM with your BT ID, I can take a look at the exact cause of failure next week.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, it's worth rebooting your internet router and any WiFi repeaters you may be using.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently installed the new BT Sport App on my TV but am having issues watching any sport.&amp;nbsp; I am constantly getting error message VC011D and I'm not able to watch it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's not my WIFI as I get 300+ MBPS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
