bt sport on ee account

Hi,

I've just subscribed to BT sport using my EE account but when I try to login I get id003, unable to find an active BT sport subscription on this account. I never received an activation email.

EE tried to fix it an it hasn't worked hence in desperation I am here.

Hi, this is all sorted by EE now thanks. They reset my account.
