    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a new EE customer and signed up for BTSport on the Season deal. &amp;nbsp;The set up process seemed to go well and I have BTSport showing as active on my EE account, and the BT app appears to work fine. &amp;nbsp;But I get the ID003 error telling me I don't have a subscription to BTSport. &amp;nbsp;Any help appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(From a quick browse I see that&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/255971"&gt;@DarrenDev&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;seems to be an expert, I hope it is OK to link)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately it's not something we can fix from this side - you need to contact EE and ask them to send the subscription to us again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We're hoping to improve the process to make it more reliable, but for now, calling EE is the only option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
