hello can any one help me as I can no longer get the BT sport app on my phone or pc or tablet I get a code ID003

Thanks for posting. Sorry you're seeing the ID003 error message. Have you had the sport app working previously? Did you cancel and then reorder?

First recommendation is always to follow the steps at www.bt.com/help/id003 - this is the most common error in the app (no current subscription found for the supplied credentials), and can usually be fixed yourself by following the steps given.

Hello David M Yes I had it working before but now can not get it at all

You need BT TV to watch BT Sport on YouView. Remember if you're a BT Broadband customer, you can also watch BT Sport for free online at btsport.com and via the BT Sport app on your smartphone or tablet.

@paanjii2 BT Sport hasn't been free for BT Broadband customers for many years, and btsport.com has never been the place to watch it. Also, none of the information you've provided is relevant to this thread.
