PS4 error code id153 and id003

I have used the BT sport app on this device for a year or so, all of a sudden these error codes are popping up and the game kicks off in 15 mins. Any suggestions?

Hi @Tlchilvers thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your BT Sport subscription. Those errors mean we can't find an active or valid BT Sport subscription on your account.

Check out the steps at www.bt.com/help/id003 to make sure your profile is configured correctly.

I have done a few times, contacted ee they say they don't see any reason why wouldn't work so having to wait for BT to contact. Missed the game aswell

If it's an EE subscription then EE need to cancel it and try sending it to BT again. There's nothing we can do from our side to fix it.
