IPC6007 error

We are getting the above error when trying to watch BT Sport on our BT box - can anyone suggest reasons why this maybe so that we can eliminate them thanks

Thanks - yes everything upto date. After the reset though, its not showing any apps or channels which is a bit weird. Does it take time to redownload everything?
