Chromecast sound out of sync on BT Sport2

On two consecutive nights now I am experiencing a problem with the sound when chromcasting BT Sport2 for a live football match. The audio is delayed by around 4 seconds relative to the video

This started yesterday 4/10/22. If I Chromecast the live stream from channels 1 or 3 the sound is in sync.

I have power cycled the Chromecast device, closed and opened the app and even tried a different Chromecast device. When watching on my phone the sound is in sync.

Can anyone help with this issue?

I've the same problem started about 2 weeks ago. Other services cast fine.

The issue specifically with BT Sport 2 only started a couple of days ago, and is now resolved. (see BT Sport sound out of sync using Chromecast - BT Community )

Are you still seeing audio sync issues now @taylorking ?

Thanks for the quick reply. It seems to have been resolved since I posted! Apologies, not a couple of weeks but definitely during the rugby at the weekend.
