Is this is a BT copyright infringement?

User on this YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyJAAUsNYyE-W2dQebV18mA/videos constantly uploading highlights from BT Sports (goals, part of matches etc). He is stilll doing this. Is this a copyright infringement? I technically have no option to report him. Report must be done by BT Sport.

Moreover he is adding a watermark of his channel and trimming video in that way so nobody could see BT Sport logo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=95BO2TcCmCw

Technically it would be an infringement but it's up to BT Sport to request YouTube to take the content down. These things normally take time unless he's live streaming because the premier league would be all over him at that point.

Based on his 76 followers, I'd imagine he's reposting other peoples links so it might be trickier...
